Returns & Refunds
Cancelling an order
If you'd like to cancel an order, please complete the contact us form within 12 hours of ordering. We'll refund the full amount that you have paid for the item and any shipping fee paid.
If it's been more than 12 hours since you placed the order and you're looking to cancel, there's a chance that this has already gone into design production, but please contact us as soon as possible and we'll see how we can help.
Returns
Personalised Prints
Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or exchanges on any personalised items as these are made to order and cannot be resold as they are bespoke.
Non-Personalised Prints
For all generic non-personalised items, please contact us within 3 days of delivery if you have an issue with your item or wish to return or exchange it. You would need to cover the cost of return shipping fee and the item is your responsibly during the return shipping. We recommend getting proof of postage when returning any items to us. Items need to be posted back to us within 7 days from the date you contacted us. The product needs to be sent well packaged, in good condition and in its original packaging.
Refunds will only be processed on receiving the returned item in it's original state. We'll refund the amount you've paid for the item (excluding any shipping costs).
