  • What size prints do you offer?
    All of our prints are currently available in the following sizes: A5: 14.8 x 21 centimetres / 5.8 x 8.3 inches A4: 21 x 29.7 centimetres / 8.27 x 11.69 inches (Framing option available) A3: 29.7 x 42 centimetres / 11.7 x 16.5 inches (Framing option available)
  • What are your current order processing times?
    Everything we sell is made to order from our studio in Warwickshire. We always aim to get orders out as quickly as possible and our current processing times are 2-3 days from the day of order.
  • I've left it a bit late to order, how quickly could you get it to me?
    We always aim to do our best to get orders out in a timely manner. Our current order processing times are 2-3 days from the day of order as each print is made to order. Please do get in touch before placing an urgent order and we'll do our best to place you higher on the order queue. You can also select 'express delivery' at checkout which means we would use Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm to guarantee next-day delivery once we've dispatched your item.
  • Do the prints come framed?
    With all of our print designs you have the option to add a frame at checkout. Please note, frames are only available for A4 and A3 size prints.
  • How are the prints packaged?
    We take great care when posting your items to ensure they reach you in the condition they left us. If you select print only, this will be delivered in a cellophane bag inserted into a hardback ‘Please Do Not Bend’ envelope. All framed prints will be packaged with bubble wrap in a cardboard box and marked as fragile.
  • I have an idea for a personalised print, can you create a bespoke order?
    We would love to hear your ideas and yes, bespoke prints can certainly be created. Do let us know your thoughts and we’ll see if it’s possible! Get in touch with us
  • I've entered incorrect details on my personalised print
    If you’ve made a mistake, don’t panic! We're here to help. Maybe you’ve accidentally added something you don’t want, or left out a crucial addition to your personalisation. Please get in touch with us as soon as you notice the error, as we may be able to amend it before it’s designed and printed. If your order has been printed or posted or you notice your mistake when you receive the item, we can organise a re-print at a discounted price as long as your order was placed within the last 30 days.
  • I've entered the wrong delivery address, can I amend it?
    As long as your order hasn't been dispatched, we can update the delivery address. Please get in touch with us as soon as you notice the error.
  • Can I return my personalised order?
    We want you to enjoy your purchase from UK Print Studio, but we know every now and then you might need to return a product for various reasons. Unfortunately, we cannot accept personalised items back unless there is a fault with the product. If you are unhappy with your order in any way, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss a refund or exchange. Non-personalised items can be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14-days of delivery. We recommend sending with proof of postage. We will then either replace or refund the item, depending on your wishes. All return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, you will still be able to cancel your order. However, if the order has been dispatched or you have already received it, please refer to 'can I return my personalised order' FAQ for more information on returns.
  • My order hasn't arrived, what do I do?
    If you've ordered a print only, these are sent 2nd class via Royal Mail. Typically this should reach you within 1 week once the order has been dispatched. Any delays with postal services are out of our control and Royal Mail timings can vary especially in peak periods like Christmas. If you've ordered a framed print, these will be sent Tracked 48 with Royal Mail and should arrive within 2-3 days following dispatch. Once again, any delays with the postal service are out of our control. If you still haven't received your order in line with the time-frames detailed above, please do get in touch with us.
  • I haven't received an order confirmation email
    Our order confirmation emails sometimes get blocked by email providers. They might end up in your spam or junk folder similar to our dispatch emails. If you can’t find the email after checking your junk folder, please get in touch with us to confirm your order.
  • Can I track my order?
    We don’t currently offer tracking on A5, A4 or A3 unframed prints. These are sent 2nd class with Royal Mail. All framed A4 and A3 prints are sent with Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service so we can provide a tracking number for these orders. We do provide the tracking number on your dispatch email once we have completed the order. If you cannot locate it, please get in touch and we can provide it again.
  • My order has arrived but it's damaged, what do I do?
    We're sorry to hear that your order has arrived damaged. We try to ensure items are packaged securely but sometimes they can get damaged in transit if they're not taken care of. Please contact us as soon as you have received the damaged item, and we will work with you to replace or refund depending on your wishes.
  • My order has arrived but there's a spelling mistake!
    We’re really sorry that your gift has a spelling mistake. We know how important it is for the personalisation to be correct. We’ll do our best to get a replacement with the correct spelling sent to you. As we’re an online shop and don’t have a store you can go to, the quickest and easiest way for us to help is to see a photograph of the spelling mistake. Please contact us and we’ll work with you to resolve the matter asap.
