How to personalise:
In the personalisation box, please provide the couples name, the name of the venue and the date.
 
Once your order has been confirmed, please email a clear, high-resolution photograph of the venue to: info@ukprintstudio.co.uk and quote your order number. Depending on the style of the venue, we may have to switch between portrait and landscape orientation for the print for the venue to fit best. For the best results, we recommend providing a photograph taken directly facing the venue where possible, with minimal obstruction from cars, trees or other objects.

All of our prints are professionally printed on white premium 290gsm photo paper for a lovely sharp sheen finish. If a framing option is selected, your print will be finished in a wooden frame with a premium glass front.

We take great care when posting your items to ensure they reach you in the condition they left us. For extra peace of mind, if you select print only, this will be delivered in a cellophane bag inserted into a hardback ‘Please Do Not Bend’ envelope. All framed prints will be packaged with bubble wrap in a cardboard box and marked as fragile.

We’re happy to try and accommodate additional personalisation requests, but please do message us before ordering if you’d like any further changes.

Please note, unfortunately we do not accept refunds or returns on personalised items as these cannot be reused or resold.
